MY STORY
I am Pamela Ford-Stevens, esthetician and owner of Wildflower. I always envisioned designing my own oasis-- a peaceful, unpretentious place where a person can add a little beauty and relaxation to their day. I have strived to create an atmosphere where every moment feels like a mini vacation, where even a quick eyebrow wax can recharge your day. Wildflower fills that niche between high-end day spa (with lots of amenities) and inexpensive nail salon. You get exactly what you pay for: great service, years of experience, and high quality products.

Time spent here at Wildflower revolves around your specific needs and concerns. I provide customized facials, taking into consideration your skin's unique requirements and sensitivities. Every treatment, short or long, is performed with care and nurturing. We all lead very scheduled lives, so I make sure you are to your next destination on time.

Waxing is my specialty: fast results with minimal pain! Many long-time clients say they would not trust their "parts" to anyone else, including a few celebrity regulars who stop in to get their brows done each time the Emmys/Oscars come around.
Clients range from teenagers to celebrities, busy moms to businessmen.
Getting a babysitter may not always be possible, so you are welcome to bring your children to your appointment, remembering that of course, they are your responsibility.
Wildflower shares a space with Point - A Place of Wellness, which offers acupuncture and massage therapy. As part of a wellness community, we recognize that beauty thrives where the whole body is nurtured.
After receiving my license for skin care in 2000, I worked in San Francisco, Oakland and Los Angeles in a variety of settings: upscale day spas, hair salons, cosmetics and waxing boutiques. Before becoming an esthetician I was a professional dancer. I received my dance degree from California Institute of the Arts in 1991. I worked in Los Angeles, Las Vegas and Reno, along with numerous productions in Japan, China, Germany, Russia, and the Caribbean. I met my husband (a professional drummer) in 1995 and we have two children.
I look forward to pampering you soon.
Pamela
